When trying to download/save the Download Manager in older versions of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, you may get an 'Access is denied' error.
The error is caused by a lack of Windows permissions or by overzealous anti-virus/security software.
1.1: To resolve the problem, please install all available Windows updates. Doing so will also update Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
1.2: If the problem persists, please install Google Chrome or Firefox:
1.3: Go to your Lumion Account using Chrome or Firefox and then try to download the Installer.
