[IN] 1.9 Copyright Licensing for images used in Support Requests

1. Question:

1.1 This article explains the types of images we are allowed to use when replying to support requests.

2. Information:

We are only allowed to use images that come with a CC0 license. This type of license freely allows for upload/redistribution of the image.

If the license type isn't specified never attach/upload it as that potentially could make Act-3D liable.

Tip: For textures/images (especially when different PBR maps are involved), you can use this website:

Tip: For Google searches, filter the images in Settings -> Advanced Search -> Usage Rights -> Free to use or share

Always provide credit for any images that are not yours or made by Act-3d.

1. Tables:

Tables were not able to be imported via HubSpot Importer. Any Tables in this article are now based on a DIV Conversion. Same is also the case for the transfer of articles with tables in the EKB.

You can add new (basic) Tables in the HubSpot Editor directly.

If the layout does not work, then you can copy/paste or recreate the old Table from ZD. Where possible the Table has also been copy/pasted from the source page (see link below in 3.). Instructions, see this article: Copying an old Zendesk Table over to HubSpot
