[IN] Error: 'Not enough QUOTA'
1. Topic
1.1: A user sees the error: Not enough QUOTA
2. Cause/Background information:
2.1: Reference: Zendesk Support Request
2.2: Explanation:
The 'Not enough Quota' error usually points to something related to either Virtual Memory, lack of disk scape or a massive amount of data being synced onto the machine for offline use. That error is related to Windows, not Lumion.
It's unclear at this point, but the 3 things mentioned above are the most common causes.
If you encounter this, the following checks could be made:
- is the user accessing a server that syncs offline data? (check the Sync Center in Windows)
- is there enough Virtual Memory for the operation?
- is the Documents folder in OneDrive or is the user employing cloud backup software?
- is there enough disk space?
