[SR] Download older version of Lumion than the one purchased

1.1. A user wants to know if they can download an older version of Lumion.

2.1. Answer:

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and for the question.

There are two cases to address here, one for Perpetual Licenses and one for Subscription Licenses.

1. If you own or purchase a Perpetual License you will be able to download, from your Lumion Account, every minor version of Lumion that derives from the purchased product plus the last minor version of the previous major version.

Just to clarify, if you purchase Lumion 12 you will be able to download:

Lumion 12.5.0
Lumion 12.3.1
Lumion 12.3.0
Lumion 12.0.2
Lumion 11.5.1

2. If you own or purchase a Subscription License you will only be able to download the versions available during the Subscription Term.

Tables were not able to be imported via HubSpot Importer. Any Tables in this article are now based on a DIV Conversion. Same is also the case for the transfer of articles with tables in the EKB.

You can add new (basic) Tables in the HubSpot Editor directly.
