Option 1: Full Details of the changes with dates

Hi

Thanks for getting back. Here's how the software licensing works:

  • You were issued a License Key on[### issued date]. The License Key is valid for 365 days.
  • In December 2019 we released version 10 to students, and you would have received an email on the upgraded version because your License Key was still valid being less than 365 days.
  • On 7 April 2020 we released version 10.3.2 as an update to version 10.
  • You may have installed this update and it was valid because it was still in the 365 days of use since your License Key was issued last May.
  • On [###now expired date] the License Key expired because it was now past the 365 days.
  • Your Lumion Account will also show that it is disabled/expired.

So although you do have version 10.x you are not able to use your old License Key, but need to re-apply for a new one as in the article below:

### I see no application in process or new License Key issue to you in our records.

It means that if you are successful in getting a new student license, you will need to uninstall the current 10.3.2, and then download and install the current version, which is at the moment still V10.x.

I hope that helps to clarify the status of your License Key and what to do.

Option 2: Brief

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I see that a Student License Key for version X.x was approved for you on ###DateApproved. As you have mentioned, your license is not valid anymore.

In order to take advantage of the Lumion features again, you will need to apply for a new Student License for Lumion 10, since we do not provide support for older student versions.

Please follow these instructions:

You can add new (basic) Tables in the HubSpot Editor directly.

If the layout does not work, then you can copy/paste or recreate the old Table from ZD. Where possible the Table has also been copy/pasted from the source page (see link below in 3.). Instructions, see this article: Copying an old Zendesk Table over to HubSpot
