Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about your experience with Lumion 2023.

Note that your feedback is valued by our team and it is put to good use at the moment for the upcoming updates.

Lumion 2023 is indeed a work-in-progress, like all software, and there are still areas to polish and features to implement, but rest assured improvements will come soon and Lumion will continue to evolve as it has always done.

This was the biggest Lumion update ever as the whole rendering engine had to be overhauled to support Raytracing, so some limitations at the beginning were expected. Due to these massive changes, older Project files might not look the same in Lumion 2023 however, with some tweaks, it's still possible to work on them. We've made some guides to help users with that conversion process:

1. Tables:

Tables were not able to be imported via HubSpot Importer. Any Tables in this article are now based on a DIV Conversion. Same is also the case for the transfer of articles with tables in the EKB.

You can add new (basic) Tables in the HubSpot Editor directly.

If the layout does not work, then you can copy/paste or recreate the old Table from ZD. Where possible the Table has also been copy/pasted from the source page (see link below in 3.). Instructions, see this article: Copying an old Zendesk Table over to HubSpot
