Applicable to: All Lumion versions
1. Question
1.1. The user says the Lumion extension does not show up in Revit 2025.
2. Standard Reply
2.1. Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
Can you confirm this is Revit and not Revit LT?
If it's indeed Revit, the Lumion tab should appear automatically after installing the plugin and starting Revit.
Please try the following:
1. Please close Revit and uninstall the Livesync for Revit plugin again using the instructions in the article below:
- Knowledge Base: Download Lumion LiveSync for Revit
2. Restart your PC. Then download the Livesync for Revit plugin again and install it. Make sure your Windows User Account has administrator rights. Then launch Revit as an administrator.
Is the Lumion tab still not appearing in Revit?
If that's not working for you, try following this troubleshooting Article by Autodesk:

You can add new (basic) Tables in the HubSpot Editor directly.
If the layout does not work, then you can copy/paste or recreate the old Table from ZD. Where possible the Table has also been copy/pasted from the source page (see link below in 3.). Instructions, see this article: Copying an old Zendesk Table over to HubSpot
2. Finding the reference to the old Zendesk Ticket in HubSpot:
