Hi,

Thank you for reaching out.

Looks like there is something on the PC that is preventing all the installation files from being downloaded correctly. That something is usually overzealous antivirus software.

Please instruct the user to follow step 1.3. in this article and let us know if that helps to resolve things:

After the troubleshooting steps are completed, please make sure the user starts the Installer as an administrator.

Please let us know how it goes.
