1.1 A user wants to know how the upgrade options work in the period before the release of a new Lumion major version (example: the release of Lumion 11 after Lumion 10)

Hi, I mean to remember that there is a date of which when you buy the new version of Lumion close to a new version being released - there is a discounted upgrade. When is this likely to be for Lumion 11?

There haven't been any announcements about potential discounts for Lumion [//X//] yet so I can only tell you what happened in previous years.
- Buying a new Lumion Seat would give you a free upgrade if the new Seat was purchased up to one month before the release of the major annual upgrade. This was usually in October.
- 'Gradual' discounts also applied if the new Lumion Seat was purchased earlier than that (from July 1 onwards).
