1. Question

1.1: A user wants to know if they would lose access to their currently installed Lumion version if they upgrade their License Key (either to a Perpetual or Subscription license).

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out.

Older versions remain valid even after doing the upgrade. You'll notice in your Lumion Account that the current license's status will be set to Upgraded.

So you will still be able to access your current Lumion version that you have installed, just note that it will use up a License Key Seat.

You should know, however, that Lumion Project files are not backward compatible. See the article below for more information:

Tables were not able to be imported via HubSpot Importer. Any Tables in this article are now based on a DIV Conversion. Same is also the case for the transfer of articles with tables in the EKB.

You can add new (basic) Tables in the HubSpot Editor directly.
