How do you use the Renders Workspace?
1. The Renders workspace:
There are two views, and two work areas covered in a more detail below.
The Renders Workspace shares similar features and functionality to the Projects workspace.
Grid View:
Provide a visually engaging and quick way to browse, identify, and select render assets and folders.
List View:
Provide you with a way to quickly review, sort, and manage multiple renders and folders, and require more detailed information than a grid view provides.
Sidebar:
To efficiently review, discuss, and track feedback, details, and changes associated with a specific render, all without leaving the main viewing area.
Annotation & Comments:
Providing collaborative review and feedback on visual assets, supporting version control, annotation, and clear communication among team members and clients.
2. Grid View:
Overview:
To provide users with a visually engaging and quick way to browse, identify, and select render assets and folders.
The Renders section displays all renders and folders as visual thumbnails in a grid layout, with each item showing an image, title, update status, and a checkbox for selection. Sorting, filtering, add render, and view toggle options are available.
Provide you with a more visual way to browse and select renders, especially when dealing with image-based assets.
Scope:
Does not include direct editing of render details from the grid, or advanced analytics.

3. List View:
Overview:
To provide users with a detailed, sortable, and easily scannable overview of all render assets and folders for efficient management.
The Renders section displays all renders and folders in a sortable table/list format, with columns for name, number of files, open comments, size, last updated, owner, and members. Filtering, add render, and view toggle options are available.
More useful over Grid view when you have multiple renders/folders. And is preferred for detailed management. More of the render asset details is shown.
Scope:
Does not include direct editing of render details from the list, or advanced analytics.
Common Features of the List View:
Renders/folders are displayed as rows in a table.
Sorting and filtering options are available.
“Add render” button is visible.
View toggle for switching layouts is available.
4. Render view Sidebar:
Overview:
To enable you and your invitees to efficiently review, discuss, and track feedback, details, and changes associated with a specific render, all without leaving the main viewing area.
The Render View Sidebar is a right-side panel that provides access to comments, details, and activity related to the currently viewed render. It includes tabs for switching between these sections and supports threaded discussions, with each comment card displaying a unique number and timestamp for traceability.
You need to collaborate, leave precise feedback, and monitor activity on renders in a centralized, easily accessible location.
The Sidebar will be visible when you open a render. User permissions manage ability to view/comment and are associated with the open, selected render. Information presented will depend on the render data and activity available.
Scope:
Does not include advanced analytics, tagging or @mention of/for other users.

5. Render view - Annotation & Comments:
Overview:
To enable precise, collaborative review and feedback on visual assets, supporting version control, annotation, and clear communication among team members and clients.
The step needed before hand - of course:
Invite and Share:
Invite your team or clients to review and collaborate with secure links or QR codes.
The Render View displays a selected render, video, or other media in the main workspace. Users can view and switch between stacked versions and their variations, annotate media, comment, manage status, share, and compare versions. The right sidebar provides tabs for comments, details, and activity, including resolved comments and a full activity log.
You need to review, discuss, and iterate on renders/media with full context, track changes, and ensure feedback is clear, actionable, and version-specific.
Assumptions/Conditions:
Multiple versions and variations exist for each render; users are collaborating and require annotation, commenting, and sharing features; media types include images, video, and more.
Scope:
Editing the media itself (beyond annotation), advanced analytics, or exporting annotated versions directly from this view.
Common Features of Annotation & Comments:

Users can annotate media with pins or drawing tools and add comments:
