"You know the pattern you want. Herringbone on the entry floor, a running bond on the feature wall, hexagon tile in the bathroom. Getting there has usually meant scrolling through library variants hoping one matches, importing a custom texture for a single surface, or building the layout by hand.
That is a lot of work for one design choice; you will probably revisit twice more before the render is finished.
