After installing Lumion you are shown the EULA screen and need to click on the OK button to accept the EULA or the Cancel button.
On your PC you are unable to see all of the EULA and are unable to get past the screen.
Here's how you can fix it:
1. Change Screen Resolution:
Are you using a display that is below the minimum required 1920x1080 resolution?
If so then please change the Windows screen resolution to at least 1920x1080.
Windows Settings > System > Display
And Scale is set to 100%.
Also, make sure to maximize the Lumion window:

If the issue persists, and you find yourself still stuck on the EULA screen, then it may be that the hardware is not compatible with Lumion, an issue with the graphics card, or other settings on your PC.
