You no longer see the mapped network drive when Loading a Lumion Project file:
Or, you might get this message from Windows via Lumion when you try and click on one of the network drives or paste a network path into the Windows File Explorer - File Name bar:
If you try saving a Project file then you might get a file save error message in Lumion. (Error code 05 (0x5))
Background:
Lumion uses standard Windows file open folder and files commands so there might be some network or system setting that is preventing access or a broken Windows Registry path on the PC.
For 'standard' operations you would usually have the 'Lumion.exe' file set to 'Run as Administrator' to ensure Windows privileges are at the best level, such as for running Updates.
Please try these steps which are expected to resolve the visibility of the drive and files.
How to Fix:
1. Check the Mapping of the drive in Window:
And if not mapped, then try to map the network drive manually.
To do this, go to "this PC" -> Select the drive, go to the top bar and click map network drive -> map network drive:
Or, go to This PC -> see more -> map network drive:
If the drive is mapped correctly then see the next step.
2. Uncheck 'Run as Administrator'
If the 'Run as Administrator' box is already marked in the Lumion shortcut properties, please uncheck it.
This might be because you were already using a domain profile with local administrative rights. Which means the elevated privileges were not required and were causing the program to skip the domain's mapped drives.
By unchecking the 'Run as Administrator' option, the program runs with standard user privileges, and you should be able to access the mapped drives under the domain profile.
Or you can set it here in the 'Properties > Compatibility' tab:

2.1: Add Exceptions to your antivirus software:
Follow the instructions in the article below to make sure that your antivirus does not interfere with Lumion. Add exceptions for the folders mentioned in the article in your antivirus.

3. Reconnect to Network:
These steps, specific to a users NAS environment worked.
3.1: Disconnect the drive not showing in My PC.
3.2: Open Network NAS.
3.3: Right mouse button on the folder to Connect to Network and assign a drive.
3.4: Open Lumion.
3.5: Open project through the newly created connected drive.
4. Reinstall Lumion:
Whilst we usually do not find a need for this step, you can of course reinstall Lumion from your Lumion Account, but this might not prevent the issue from recurring:

A screenshot of the mapped drives as seen from either Windows File Explorer or some other software where the drive is visible.
6. Other Option:
If you still can't manage to load file from the network drive, the one immediate recourse where you have urgent need to access, would be to copy your Lumion-related files to a local drive and load them from there.
Note:
We also usually don't recommend loading/saving Project files directly from/to network drives or server locations. It's known to cause trouble (especially with large files). If the connection is a bit unstable or there's a problem with the cloud software, network, or settings, files can get locked or have incomplete saves before Lumion has completed processing it. This can result in unpredictable issues and possible file corruption.
Preferably, always save Project files, Photos and .MP4 Movie files to a local hard drive.
If the final destination needs to be a network drive or a cloud back-up folder/service, please move or make a copy from the local hard drive after Lumion is done saving the files.
