1.  Is there an Effects library in Lumion?

Yes.

Lumion contains 67 Effects, depending on whether you are using Photo Mode or Movie Mode or the 360 Panorama Mode.

An Effect can be used to set the look you want to get for a render.  For example, if you want to have a night sky or a daytime sky.

The Effects Library has Categories for:

• Conceptual.
• Architectural.
• Lighting.
• Sky/Weather.
• Camera.
• Animation.
• Artistic.
• Enhancements.
• Tools/Utilities.

And there is a set of 12 Featured Effects covering key and regularly used Effects.
