The Getting Started with Lumion email is sent automatically when you have a confirmed application (students and Pro Trial requests), or a completed order for a Lumion License Key.
The email can be resent by our support teams to the email address that you used when ordering one of the Lumion products or editions.
As from 16 April 2025 the email no longer includes details about the License Key or Activation Code. See below on how to find that information.
1. Here's the steps as in the email:
Step 1: Access your Lumion Account:
To retrieve your License Key or Activation Code:
1.1: Make sure you have created a Lumion Account using the same email as the one you provided for the product delivery/order request/student application.

If your email address for your Lumion Account is the same as on the application or order, then our system will automatically Register the License Key in your Lumion Account. That process takes a few minutes to complete once you have confirmed your Lumion Account.
If not, then you need to manually Register it:

1.2: Log into your Lumion Account, select 'License Keys' details:
1.3: Navigate to the appropriate section for the License Key you are looking for:
1.4: Click on the License Key line
1.5: Find the License Key number and Activation Code here:

2. For the Getting Started email, check if the email is in your Spam/Junk folder
If the email was requested to one of the Support Team members and still has not arrived, please double-check that the following senders and domain names are whitelisted in your email software before trying again to Receive emails.:
- no_reply@lumion.com
- delivery@lumion.com
You might need to close and restart your email system after those changes.
3. What if you can't find the License Key number?
If you can't find your License Key number in your Lumion Account or the Getting Started with Lumion email is still not arriving, please describe your issue and forward the information below to us in a support request:
Please include:
- The Lumion version that you require.
- A copy of your order receipt.
- An alternative email address (if you are not receiving the Getting Started with Lumion email, despite whitelisting the sender addresses above).
