2.1: A Getting started with Lumion email with your licensing information is sent automatically when you order a Lumion License Key or when a free major update is released.
If you have received the Getting started with Lumion email with your License Key, please follow these instructions to download and install Lumion:

3. What if you haven't received the email with your License Key number?
3.1: If you can't find the Getting Started with Lumion email, please forward a 'resend' request to us along with the information below:
Please include:
- The Lumion version you require.
- A copy of your License Key number or order receipt.
- An alternative email address (if you are not receiving the Getting Started with Lumion email, despite whitelisting the sender addresses below in your email software).
