1.1: If you purchased your License Key from the Lumion online store and you have a question about your order, invoice/copy of invoice or the payment process, please visit the 2Checkout Support Center:

1.2: If you purchased your License Key from your local reseller, please contact them directly:

2. Questions about the Lumion download link?
2.1: A Getting started with Lumion email is sent automatically when you order a Lumion License Key.
The email does not include any information on the License Key or Activation Code. Those are available from your Lumion Account:
2.2: We also send one when a free major Upgrade/Update is released:

2.3: Follow these steps to download and install Lumion:
- Lumion Website: Download Lumion and Lumion Pro
3. What if you are unable to locate your License Key?
If you can't locate the Lumion License Key or Activation Code in your Lumion Account,
3.1: Then it might be Registered in the Lumion Account for the email address that was used on the order/application. Or the address for the License Administrator.
3.2: If you are still not able to locate it, then send a request to us along with the information below:
Please include:
- The Lumion version you require.
- A copy of your License Key number or order receipt.
- An alternative email address (if you are not receiving the Getting Started with Lumion email, despite whitelisting the sender addresses below in your email software).
