Please note that Lumion does not officially support Poser.
Common formats include:
For Poser 12: FBX, OBJ and COLLADA.
For earlier versions the formats seem to be: 3DS, DXF, Lightwave, Alembic, OBJ, or VRML. Of these, only 3DS and Obj are supported by Lumion.
Links for Exporting models:
Unfortunately, Poser is not an officially supported 3d modeling software for Lumion. The Poser exporters are unique to Poser and are not compatible with our importers. We also have no control over or input to how the exporter processes the model to ensure it is suitable for Lumion. This applies even if the model is for a static pose. We have not had many users who have tried to use it, so we have little other user suggestions that might help.
We haven not yet tested using Poser 12 especially for FBX and Collada DAE support.
As of Poser 11 an export was in a T pose. You could try importing the Poser model to DAZStudio Daz3d. Setting the required pose and then exporting from there to Lumion. There is no guarantee that the surfaces for clothing or other will work perfectly, so you would need to experiment. Having a workflow through two applications also complicates things.
DazStudio and other DAZ products are also not officially supported, but there have been some Lumion users who have been able to import static models OK, and suitable for their purposes. But in some cases, those are with older versions of DAZ and so there may be changes to the current versions.

One other option might be to export from Poser to 3ds Max, fix issues there, then export to FBX for import to Lumion.
One problem with Poser and also people models created in DAZStudio is that they tend to be excessively heavy when converted to a basic mesh of polygons required for the Lumion model workflow. That means if they import OK, you need to be careful about duplicating the models as too many can seriously slow down the realtime performance in Lumion. DAZStudio did have an optimizing tool to reduce the model complexity, but that might not be available now.
All our 3D People, even those from leading model sites such as AXYZ are specialists edited and highly optimized in order to work in the Lumion environment and maintain quality.
