You have had a change of email address.
Or, the person who was looking after the Lumion License Key for your company is no longer employed and their email address was used when Lumion was purchased.
Or, your company details have changed and you are using a new email address.
For security reasons when you try accessing your Lumion Account there is no place to change the address.

If you have purchased Lumion in the past and have not yet done so, then you still need to create your own Lumion Account.
Here's How:
Contact the team at Customer Care by clicking on the Contact Us button with the details of your email addresses along with your License Key number.
Please enter a subject (title) for the contact as "Change account email address". Thanks in advance.
