- The person who was looking after the Lumion License Key for your company is no longer employed and their email address was used when Lumion was purchased.
- Or your company details have changed and you are using a new email address
for security reasons you are not able to change the email address associated with your Lumion Account.

To ensure the Lumion Account is registered to the correct owner:
2. Create a new Lumion Account:
2.1: The simplest and quickest way is for you to create a new Lumion Account and register your License Key(s) to that new account:

2.2: Then, contact the team at Customer Care by clicking on the Contact Us button with the details of your email addresses along with your License Key number.
Please enter a subject (title) for the contact such as "Change account email address".
Once our colleagues confirm that all License Key(s) purchased by your company have been added to your Account they will transfer the administrative rights for you.
Important: when reaching out, make sure to also provide proof of purchase or have the previous owner in the conversation to confirm the transfer from their side.
