If you purchased your Subscription online from the Lumion Website, you can change your Subscription term/product via your Lumion Account. Note that this is only possible during renewal and not during the Subscription term. For any further assistance, please contact Customer Care.
If you purchased your Subscription via one of our local Lumion Partners, please contact your point of purchase.
Your Subscription is set to auto-renew by default if purchased directly from the Lumion Website.
To manage your Subscription , please access your Lumion Account or contact Customer Care. If you purchased your Subscription via one of our local Lumion Partner, please contact them directly for the renewal.
The renewal is available 14 days prior to the expiry of the Subscription term and an additional 14-day grace period is offered after the expiry date.

When you buy a Subscription to Lumion, it will auto-renew after the term expires. You can disable the renewal in your Lumion Account. If you wish to cancel your Subscription, you may do so during any moment of your term. However, your Subscription will remain valid until the expiration date.
If you purchase your Subscription via one of our Authorized Resellers/Partner, please reach out to them directly.

If you did not enable auto-renew, your Subscription will automatically end after either one or three years, depending on the plan you purchased.
Purchases of Act-3D software come with a 14 days refund policy. After the 14-day period, we are unable to provide you with a refund should you stop or discontinue your Subscription before the renewal date.

The Subscription is valid until the term expires. Refunds are possible within 14 days from the purchase date.

Thanks for your continued interest and plan to use Lumion.
Unfortunately, the grace period for you has now finished and your Subscription License Key has been invalidated.
You need to purchase a new Subscription with a new License Key.
That also means you will need to uninstall the current Lumion version you have and download and install the new one you purchase. You do that via your Lumion Account once the purchase has been completed.
Unlike Perpetual License Keys, Subscription License Keys cannot be merged.
