There are 5 (five) statuses for a License Key:
1. Active
An 'Active' License Key means that you can freely use Lumion.
2. Upgraded
The 'Upgraded' status is given to a License Key in the following situations:
2.1: You owned a License Key for an older version of Lumion and purchased a newer version. In this case, the License Key is still active but does not give you access to the newest version of Lumion available to you.
2.2: You owned a Perpetual License Key and opted to purchase a Subscription License Key. More information on this topic is available below:
Note that Upgraded License Keys do not count for additional Seats to the Active License Keys.
3. Canceled
This means you have canceled the auto-renew option for your Subscription License Key. The License Key is still working and Lumion will be usable until the end of the Subscription Term.
If you purchased your Subscription via a Partner then the auto-renew option is set to Canceled by default. This does not indicate that your Subscription has been reverted or canceled and is not working. It simply means that for the next renewal you need to contact your Partner to arrange for a renewal.
4. Grace
A License Key in the 'Grace' period indicates that your Subscription Term is over and you have 14-day to renew it. The 'Grace' period remaining is displayed in days under the status. After the time is up, the License Keys will be 5. 'Expired' and can no longer be activated, renewed, or extended.
