1.1: Can you move key frames in the Advanced Move Effect?
Once you establish Keyframes for movement in the Advanced Move Effect, can you then move the Keyframes around to adjust the timing. Or do you have to redo the Keyframes completely?

1.2: Can you move the camera up stairs as if walking up stairs - a step climb?
Yes, that is possible and easily doable.
You can simulate walking up stairs in Lumion Pro, or any walking mode that has changes in the camera due to the physics of walking.
There is no dedicated "walk mode" that automatically climbs heights such as stairs via physics though.
Instead, you create the effect by animating the camera path at (usually) eye level and adding handheld/walking motion. This gives a convincing first‑person stair‑climb.
You can achieve this by manually setting Camera Keyframes in Movie Mode in the Clip Editor. Then adding the Handheld Camera Effect to mimic human movement by changing the camera motion via Shake Strength and Angle.
Manually control the camera's height in the Clip Editor, by adding Camera Keyframes that have the camera move/climb up the stairs and while moving forward.
Tip: Using the Clip Edit and adding Camera Keyframes is easy.
Make sure to include enough Camera Keyframes of the camera moving up the stairs - changing Height, timing and possibly Heading:

You can also get a similar effect using the Dolly Shot or Follow an Object (Camera Preset Paths)
