MyLumion Phasing Out

Important Update for All Lumion Users:

We want to let you know that MyLumion will no longer be available starting December 2026.

As part of Lumion’s evolution toward a more modern and unified experience, all MyLumion Panorama sharing and media management will move to Lumion Cloud, our new, streamlined platform for managing and sharing your Lumion renders.

Here's more information on Lumion Cloud:

Here’s why we’re transitioning:

  • Simplified experience: Lumion Cloud allows uploading all render types: Photos, Movies, and Panoramas.

  • Richer Feature Set: Lumion Cloud includes features for sharing, commenting, annotating, managing approvals, and more.

  • Future Improvements: Lumion Cloud is actively being developed and will receive new features.

  • Better Accessibility: One login, one account, one place for all your shared Projects accessible from anywhere.

While MyLumion has served many of you for years, its time to move the render output to Lumion Cloud for a more modern and stable experience moving forward.

1. What this means for you:

  • Starting from version 2025.1, you will need a Lumion Account to start Lumion and access Lumion Cloud.

  • If you currently have Panoramas in MyLumion and believe you will need them in the future, see section 2.

  • Starting in Lumion 2026, MyLumion will no longer be supported or accessible.

  • No new uploads will be possible to MyLumion in Lumion 2025.1 and newer.

  • We request that if you use an older version than 2025.1, you look to closing down the Projects you have uploaded to MyLumion and consider Lumion 2025.1 for easy rendering and upload to the Lumion Cloud.

2. Changes in Lumion:

2.1: MyLumion Management portal button:

The MyLumion Management portal button has been removed from the 360 Panorama Mode

2.2: Existing MyLumion renders in the portal

We suggest some admin and clearing out all of those no longer needed.

For those current Projects you still need, then you can leave them in MyLumion until the service is closed next year.   Se also section 3. Migrating MyLumion Projects.

Or, consider uploading them to Lumion Cloud.  To do that you will need to:

1. Load the Project in Lumion 2025.1.0 or newer.

2. Render a Viewpoint or Viewpoints and upload to Lumion Cloud:
