Why do you get long Panorama rendering times?
You notice that the rendering estimates or rendering times are much. much longer than expected. Or when you set the render to Stereoscopic.
1. Here's Why:
Render times are dependent on the complexity of the Scene.
Render times will take longer when rendering to Stereoscopic format than to Monoscopic. This is a direct result of requiring a rendering technique needed for stereo views that does require a lot longer to render.
It is also a direct result of having to render twice for the same view.
2. To improve render times:
-
Reduce the number of Slices for a view.
-
Also consider a lower Resolution (if available and depending on your hardware's performance).
