Why are you not able to Reset the Password on a Lumion Account?

You have tried to reset the password on your Lumion Account by clicking on the Forgot Password link, but no password reset email is received.

Here's why:

  • The most likely reason is that you do not have a Lumion Account.
  • You need to first create a Lumion Account manually yourself. 
  • If no account has been created, then it is not possible to send you a reset password for it.
  • The account and the Forgot Password are based on a valid email address.
