Access and User Management for Named User Licenses

Named-User License Keys provide access to Lumion based on individual users rather than a shared pool of Seats. Each available Seat must be assigned to a specific person and their Lumion Account before they can use Lumion Pro or Lumion View.
The License Key administrator manages access through the User Management section of their Lumion Account.

They can invite Users, assign or remove Seats, and update assignments when their team changes. The number of assigned users cannot exceed the number of Seats included with the License Key.
Once assigned, each user signs in to Lumion with their own Lumion Account. Named-User License Keys cannot be manually registered to another account using a License Number or Activation Code. Administrators must also assign themselves a Seat if they want to use the product.
