[SR] Adding seats to an existing subscription

Sorry to hear you are having trouble adding Seats to your License Key.

The 'Add Seats' option only shows up in the account settings when the email address used to create the Lumion Account is the same address registered to the License Key on our systems (the one that was used to make the purchase).
In this case, that would be x@x.
So simply create a Lumion Account with that address and you will see the Manage Seats option in the License Key settings page (see section1.3.3 of this article).
