In short, as an example:

Create a Free Camera.

Create a Spline.

Open the Motion\Walkthrough Assistant from the Animation tab.

With the camera selected, click on 'Pick Path'.

Select the spline.

Click on Play to preview the animation and make sure it is working as expected.

Export the model as .FBX

In the FBX export settings, make sure that the 'Bake Animation' option is enabled in the 'Animation' section.
