2. Purchasing, Prices and Payment

2.1 How can you buy a new Lumion Subscription?

Visit the Buy Lumion page to purchase a Lumion Subscription License online.

Alternatively, if you prefer support in your own language, you can purchase a Lumion Subscription License locally. To find out if there is an Authorized Reseller in your region, visit the local Lumion Partner page.

The Lumion Subscription is active starting with the moment that the transaction has been processed.

 

2.2 How can I buy additional Seats for my Subscription?

If you purchased the Subscription License online via our Buy Lumion page, you can purchase additional Seats for your Subscription License via your Lumion Account. You can also reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance.

If you made the initial purchase via one of our local Lumion Partners, please contact them directly.

When you add further Seats at a later date the Subscription Period remains that of the original Subscription.  For example, if you purchased a Subscription in January and then added a further Seat in March then both Seats have a Subscription Period ending on the anniversary date for the January Seat.

The Subscription price for the additional Seats is prorated (on a monthly basis) as it will expire together with the original Subscription.

 

2.3 Who do I contact about my order and payment process?

If you purchased your Subscription License from the Lumion online store and you have got a question about your order or the payment process, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Would you like to manage your payment options? Please visit your Lumion Account. Note this is only possible for customers with administrative rights. If the purchase was made via one of our local Lumion Partners, please contact your point of purchase.

 

2.4 What is your refund policy?

Purchases of any commercial version of Act-3D software come with a 14 days refund policy. For any refund request or query, please contact Customer Care or the Local Partner depending on your point of purchase.

 

2.5 Can you pay for a Subscription on a monthly basis?

We currently only offer two Subscription Plans - a one (1) year term and a three (3) year term.

Our apologies for not being able to meet your needs for a monthly Subscription Plan but we hope you will find that either of the Subscription Plans will suit you well.
