Lumion View for ArchiCAD 2026.0.1 (Win): Release Notes

The initial Early Release of Lumion View for Archicad (Win) was made available on February 2, 2026 (version 2026.0.0).

Version 2026.0.1 builds on that first release candidate with stability improvements and refinements to the ArchiCAD edition.

This release is included as part of the Lumion LiveSync plugin for ArchiCAD.

Lumion View is a lightweight real-time visualization plugin that runs directly inside your 3D modeling software.

It leverages the model’s existing Lights and Material settings, eliminating the need for separate lighting or material editors.

This edition focuses specifically on Archicad (Windows) and builds on the launch of the Revit edition introduced late last year.

Color Picker: Improved responsiveness of the eye dropper tool in the Color Picker panel.

Lighting: Enhanced indoor lighting for better realism and consistency across all camera angles.
Performance: Significantly reduced performance lag when the camera is near glass surfaces.

Materials: Fixed an issue where transparent objects (e.g., glass) rendered incorrectly in axonometric/orthographic views.
User Interface: Fixed a UI scaling issue occurring at the minimal window size.
Camera: Fixed a bug where orbiting the camera in ArchiCAD could potentially cause the model to flip in Lumion View.
Rendering: Fixed a visual artifact appearing at the bottom of final renders in axonometric/orthographic views.
